16/11 – Feta – Un-brined: Tasting

What can I say about the Feta that was ready today?

The cheese itself was good.  Unfortunately, not a Feta.  The texture was very similar with some pieces with just enough saltiness to become similar, but definitely not a Feta.  The next Feta cheese will need some goat milk to make it.

As a Feta attempt: fail.
