So lame

And so today my lame arrived! Yay!

I know that I’m organizing to make breads on weekends, but I will see if I can fit baking bread for breakfast into my schedule.

I will probably go through all the steps up to shaping/proofing and then put the dough in the fridge. The next morning I would bake the bread and have it for breakfast.

Some (most) recipes I would need to split the baking in 2 as it is a lot of bread and I would not be able to eat everything in one day. I will probably eat half of the recipe in 2 or 3 days, which means 3 breads per week (on a hungry week).
