Impressed

I know I have made accolades to the bread I made on Sunday, but I am impressed at how good my Boule turned out.

I’m not one to eat too much bread, as it does give me a bit of an acid stomach, but I have almost finished the bread. My husband had a small piece, he gave a small piece to his grandmother and a guest. The rest is all me. That means that, by tomorrow lunch time, I will have eaten 500g of flour since Sunday.

Tonight’s dinner, being cold outside and everything, will be split peas and ham (Campbells – can’t really be bothered tonight) with a side of stove top toasted Boule. Yum yum! Just look at that bread!
