I am a Brazilian-Australian IT Professional. As such, anything that is not IT related becomes something I practice in an amateur capacity, a hobby. A few of my favourite ones are photography (I have a photography blog), wine appreciation, cooking and cheese making. 

Recently, the COVID-19 pandemic happened and as a way of keeping busy in a social distancing environment, I started spending more time cooking and baking (bread). With that, I want to document my adventures, and “The Amateur Artisan” is the vehicle in which it will happen. It is here where I will talk about my cheese making, my bread making and my cooking as they evolve.

With “The Amateur Artisan” I hope to explore and share my debacles and successes in making bread and cheese.
