Here I will list the links (to purchase supplies) and the references I use (books, sites etc) for my bread, cheese and pickle making.

  • Karlin, Marry. Artisan Cheese Making at Home. Berkeley: Ten Speed Press, 2011. – I love this book, even though I know I will unlikely ever make most of the cheeses there. It is a good source of explaining the different cheese cultures.
  • Treuille, E., Ferrigno, U. The Art of Bread. New York: DK Publishing Inc., 1998. – I love this book as a reference to easy bread making

Note: I only use Amazon to link most of my references to because of its variety in products, making it easy to provide a reference. I may or may not have actually purchased the products in question from that store.
